The Founder
John Sardina
John Sardina is a Naples native and lifelong Southwest Florida resident. He grew up around the people, homes, service companies, builders, tradesmen, and relationships that make Naples function.
A competitive background in professional motocross and motocross coaching shaped his leadership style — discipline, resilience, attention to detail, and a comfort operating under pressure.
John isn't a distant corporate executive. He's a hands-on founder, relationship builder, and representative for his clients. When John accepts responsibility for something, it gets handled properly.
He believes many modern service businesses have lost the values that once made relationships dependable: answering the phone, showing up when promised, communicating honestly, and protecting the client instead of the vendor. Golden Grove combines those old-school standards with modern technology, organization, and reporting.

Ashley leads client communication, estate coordination, and portal administration — the organized, responsive side of Golden Grove that keeps clients informed and cared for. She also plays a central role in Golden Grove Interior Detailing & Concierge.
Alex Sardina
Founder, Exterior Detailing by Alex Sardina
John's father and a Naples and Collier County exterior-care specialist for decades. Alex represents the hands-on service legacy behind the family's businesses — surface-conscious cleaning built to protect high-end homes and materials.
