Meet John Sardina
Born and raised in Naples, Florida, John Sardina has a deep-rooted appreciation for the homes, families, and lifestyle that make this community so special. With firsthand knowledge of the area’s unique estates and seasonal rhythms, John set out to redefine what it means to care for high-end properties in his hometown.
After years of seeing homeowners frustrated with unreliable contractors and disjointed service, he founded Golden Grove with one mission: to elevate how luxury homes are protected and maintained in Southwest Florida.
What makes John's approach different? It’s the combination of modern tools and old-school trust. Every Golden Grove client receives access to a custom-built digital portal making it easy to request service, view inspection reports, and stay connected with their property, no matter where they are.
Just as important, John is building something bigger: a network of vetted, locally owned vendors, many of whom he has personal relationships with. From landscapers to electricians, he partners only with those who deliver the highest quality work at prices you don’t have to question — people homeowners can trust in and around their most valuable assets.

Meet Alex Sardina
Alex has always believed that if a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right — and that mindset set John for the path he went on leading to Golden Grove Holdings.
As the original founder of Exterior Detailing, Alex built his reputation on delivering reliable, results-driven service to homeowners and businesses across Naples. Early on, he became obsessed with finding better, safer, and more effective ways to clean — investing in the latest equipment and building custom rigs that could tackle any surface without harming delicate landscaping or high-end finishes.
Today, as part of the family’s growing companies, Alex continues to pour his expertise into the division he built. He remains hands-on in:
• Equipment design and rig development
• Power washing and training new technicians
• High-touch client care and quality assurance
His leadership ensures that every job reflects the high standards he's upheld for decades.

As a young mom and natural communicator, Ashley excels at building relationships, solving problems, and keeping clients informed through our custom digital portal. Her blend of personality, work ethic, and attention to detail makes her a trusted face for homeowners year-round.
Ryder is a focused, detail-driven, former professional motocross athlete. His background has instilled lifelong habits of precision, discipline, and accountability. Having trained under John Sardina during his racing career, Ryder now applies that same intensity to luxury estate care—ensuring every property he steps foot on is treated with the highest standards.
Known for his reliability, sharp instincts, and steady demeanor, Ryder is committed to delivering consistent, top-tier service to Naples homeowners. Whether handling seasonal prep or walkthroughs, Ryder helps bring peace of mind with every visit.
Trevin is a dynamic, high-energy asset to the Golden Grove team, another one combining professional athletic experience with a natural ability to lead and adapt. As a former racer, he’s no stranger to hard work, early mornings, and managing high-stakes situations—skills he now brings into every estate visit.
