Golden Grove coordinates the managed experience while making the performing provider and its relationship visible to the homeowner.
An affiliated company is under verified common ownership or direct operational control. A strategic partner is separately owned and operates through a formal working relationship with Golden Grove. An independent specialist is a vetted outside provider selected for expertise, availability, or fit.
The Private Rolodex refers specifically to vetted independent specialists and specialized requests; it is not the umbrella term for affiliated companies.
Golden Grove’s service network includes affiliated companies in which Golden Grove or its principals may have an ownership or financial interest, as well as vetted independent providers. Before approval, Golden Grove identifies the provider, discloses the relationship and pricing, and confirms applicable credentials. Clients may request alternative qualified providers. Each work order identifies the entity responsible for the service.
An affiliated provider is not automatically selected. When an independent specialist is better suited to the assignment, Golden Grove may recommend that provider and coordinate the work under the same approval and documentation process.
