Golden Grove does not present itself as the general contractor unless the exact contracting business is properly qualified and identified with its required license information. The identified contractor remains responsible for permits, code compliance, means and methods, jobsite safety, and workmanship.
Public offers tied to a specific moving or pool operating company are withheld until the exact entity, relationship, registration or licensing scope, insurance, and operating status are confirmed. Routine pool care is distinguished from licensed equipment installation, modification, replacement, and repair.
